Welcome to our site where you can find a range of tailored pathways post 16.
We tailor our semi-independent units and solo placements for 16+ learners. At Pathway House, learners can flourish into their chosen pathway, with access to education, training, employment, mentoring and support all under one roof.
We offer a range of accredited qualifications and short courses for our learners 16+. Our training options are tailored to meet the needs of each young person and help them to transition.
We create and source-specific jobs for those not in employment education or training (NEET). We invest in our staff to ensure that they also gain beneficial pathways.
We are able to support young people from the ages of 16 years old and up to their 18th birthday, who may come from a variety of different paths in life. All our Pathway Houses are tailored to suit the needs of all learners.
We offer placements to Looked After Children and Care Leavers.
We offer placements to unaccompanied asylum seekers.
We offer placements to young people who are in need of accommodation and support.

Through Key work, we support young people with complex needs and offer tailored therapeutic therapies such as trauma, wellbeing, mental health, nutrition, addiction, self-care and mindfulness.
We understand that no two learners are the same, all of our strategies are youth-focused and completely bespoke to the unique needs of each learner in our care. We work in partnership with Solid Steps to offer a bespoke package.
We are also able to offer a number of highly specialised therapeutic services through local multi-agency services.
Our placements focus on empowering young people to develop, feel safe and secure in a positive environment, enabling them to acquire coping mechanisms for their future pathways. We work hard to ensure learners are equipped with the tools which will enable them to take steps towards resilience and well-being.
We believe that all young people deserve the best chance to grow, develop and receive an education that prepares them for a bright and productive future. That’s why all of our placements offer education, with courses and classes tailored according to individual needs, abilities, educational levels and skills. We support young people to find a pathway which can help them transition into a positive future path.
